INDETEC participates in the European R&D EcoPROLIVE project within the Horizon 2020 program (SFS-17-2014).

The complete industrial exploitation of all the healthy potential presented by the olive is intended, such as extra virgin oil, and other products with high added value such as fiber and nutritional antioxidants.

In addition, the environmental impact of the process will be zero compared to traditional olive industrialization methods, as it does not use organic solvents or generate waste.
