Installation in which an enrichment of the biodiesel stream (1.500 kg / h) is achieved in the composition in FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Ester). Biodiesel with a purity higher than 98% is obtained, from raw material with 90%. It incorporates a unit for higher performance from greater depletion in bioheating.
Main technologies implemented in the process are vacuum evaporation, absorption for air washing and heat exchangers for energy optimization of the process. It also incorporates a finishing unit for higher FAME recovery performance.
