The evaporation unit for minimizing liquid effluents is basically composed of a simple effect evaporation system with external tubular to facilitate the cleaning of the tubes in case of possible fouling.

Success stories
The equipment is basically made up of two units: a continuous distiller and a condenser for the solvent vapors produced in the first. Once the equipment has been emptied, it can be refilled by closing the discharge valve and starting the distillation cycle again.
Process specifically designed for the recovery of solvents (VOCs – volatile organic compounds) from waste gases. The main principle is the absorption of solvents, at room temperature, over a small flow of specific absorber liquid, and subsequent distillation of the same. This system allows the recovery and purification of solvents with minimal energy consumption.

The RTD, radiant turbine drying unit, is developed for the continuous evaporation of materials requiring conditioning, in terms of humidity and biological stabilization.
This system is provided with an electrical and control panel to regulate the speed of the motors, detect and transmit pressure and temperature parameters, both for the steam station and for the product. It also allows modifying the work parameters from an operator terminal.

We have developed two different types of TROMMEL dryer depending on which is the source of calorific input to the Drying Unit.
DIRECT when it comes from combustion gases from a cogeneration unit or from the combustion chamber of the dryer itself.
INDIRECT when the calorific input comes through steam or superheated water (ASC) where there is no direct contact between the steam and the product to be dried.
