Installation for obtaining garlic essential oil, by means of a solid-liquid extraction process known as hydrodistillation, using steam in the process. The project was preceded by a complete R+D+i work in close collaboration with the client, in order to validate the suitability of the technology according to the raw material, as well as to obtain design and operation parameters.

The capacity of the turnkey facility is about 10 tons per day, the process consisting mainly of extractors, decantation, filtration, as well as elements for transfer, storage, control and auxiliary services.
