Installation that allows treating 10 Tm/h of industrial effluents with a high pollutant load (high COD value and ethanol content), coming from the iso-glucose manufacturing process. The treatment allows to obtain mainly a stream of purified water that can be reused in the process; while on the other hand, a minority stream that can be recovered as fuel is obtained, allowing a high degree of energy self-sufficiency of the process and therefore a very low operating cost of the installation. The technologies implemented are fractional distillation, in addition to an air washing column.
