Installation in which an enrichment of the biodiesel stream (6.000 kg/h) is achieved in the composition in FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Ester). A biodiesel is obtained with a purity greater than 98%. The main technologies implemented in the process are vacuum evaporation, packed column distillation, absorption for air washing and heat exchangers. It incorporates a finishing unit to achieve higher process performance and heat exchange systems that allow energy optimization and lower operating cost.
